We like imagining that the forest where Alice finds herself lost was made up of curry trees, coconut palms and sugar maples. Acadian Meat Pie
A bit like a “tourtière”... but just a bit. Our meat pie is made of beef, pork, and duck meats that are ground by hand post-cooking. Served with green salad.

If Alice got lost in the Tulgey Woods, it may have been because the directions in Wonderland make it a real wanderland. What if all she needed to do was follow a trail of seashells like on the pilgrim’s Way of St. James? Featuring Atlantic bay scallops and cold water shimp in a lightly creamy shallot-and-chardonnay base and covered in a gruyère gratin, our Coquille is worth following to the End of the Earth... and back.
